Would you prefer that I not have Bartlett bid on your character, but don't mind if he threads with you while you're in the Capitol? Yes, this sounds good. With any other character I would have been okay with anything, but my guy is 70 and I don't think it would be much fun for anyone involved. Buuut in the case that it would actually be IC for Bartlett, any sort of interaction that isn't bidding or sex is fine.
